At Sip Happens Reloaded, we know our customers are the heart of our business! We value each and every customer and strive to process and ship out orders in a timely manner. Our goal is to ship most orders within 10-15 business days after they are placed. Business days do NOT include weekends or Holidays!

However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be processed and shipped within this time frame. Occasionally, delays may occur due to issues that are out of our control. These may include... 

Large Volume Orders/Wholesale Orders

High Order Volume 

Supply Chain Issues/Back Ordered Products 

Staff Shortages 

Mechanical or Technical issues 

We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and will strive to keep our affiliates and customers informed of any issues and delays.  

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any delays.

By purchasing products from Sip Happens Reloaded or from an affiliate associated with Sip Happens Reloaded, you hereby acknowledge and agree to our Turnaround Time for processing and shipping orders and further agree that any issues or concerns will be addressed to siphapps@yahoo.com

We appreciate your patience and understanding during our busy times! 

Order Processing Time---Please note: All orders begin processing the day AFTER the order is placed and are not processed on the weekends. Therefore, if an order is placed on a Friday the first business day for processing will be monday.

 

Refund Policy:

ALL SALES are FINAL. Sip Happens does NOT offer refunds! Due to the nature of an affiliate-based company commissions are paid on orders and cannot be retracted once paid.

Under no circumstances can any beverages be returned or refunded at this time.

All TeaRistas are responsible for reading all of the information contained herein and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

All TeaRistas enter into this agreement as independent contractors and shall continue to be, an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall the TeaRista consider Sip Happens Reloaded to be an employer, nor a partner. TeaRistas shall have no authority to act in the name of or on behalf of Sip Happens Reloaded or to bind Sip Happens Reloaded to any contract or agreement or any other arrangement whatsoever. TeaRistas are not entitled to any benefits including, medical or disability insurance, 401k contributions or pension plan. Workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, vacation or sick pay.

The purpose of this agreement and the policies herein, is to define the relationship between TeaRistas and Sip Happens Reloaded. All TeaRistas are required to comply with this agreement as well as with all federal, state and local laws governing the TeaRistas business activities.

1) All TeaRistas are bound to all rules or regulations regarding the sales of our Teas & Accessories. Any TeaRista who completes an account to join MUST be 18 years of age or older and states acceptance of the age requirement. Entering into this agreement and contract states you do hereby confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Multiple accounts per household are allowed however only one account per person of age is allowed. Duplicate accounts will not be approved.

2) TeaRistas are allowed to refer other TeaRistas & will earn eligible compensation based on those efforts.

3) TeaRistas may NOT represent any competing company in regard to similar products if such company focuses primarily on Loaded Tea products.

Tearista's need to stay active with sip happens reloaded you must have any of the 3 below to remain active every 30 days 
logging into back office - should be doing daily
placing a personal order 
an customer ordering 
if you do not have any of the 3 above every 30 days then your acct will be blocked.

Requests for accounts to be closed will not be eligible to rejoin for 6 months from the date the request is made.

5) TeaRistas make no claims or promises in regard to earnings or commissions in any forms of advertising or means to recruit.

6) ALL SALES are FINAL. Sip Happens Reloaded does NOT offer refunds! Due to the nature of an affiliate-based company commissions are paid on orders and cannot be retracted once paid. TeaRistas are responsible for their own refund policy regarding sales from personal inventory. 

7) Loaded Teas & Accessories may NOT be sold for LESS than the listed prices on the website while operating as an active TeaRista. Selling any item for less than the listed website prices will result in account closure and termination. TeaRistas may offer purchase incentives such as free shipping or buy 1 get 1 free. As long as the actual price of an item is not discounted incentives are allowed. TeaRistas are allowed to give away items of their choosing for games, incentives and other giveaways of their choosing. Giveaways do not need to be Sip Happens related or Sip Happens products.

The Sip Happens Reloaded LOGO is prohibited from use without prior approval from Sip Happens Reloaded Corporate. To request approval, the IMAGE requesting approval must be submitted by email. To submit a request for an approved image please send your request and a picture of the image to siphapps@yahoo.com 

ALL PHOTOS contained on this website MAY NOT be altered in any way!. Any violation of this logo use will result in account termination.

TeaRistas may not create their own graphics for Sip Happens Reloaded use at this time.

9) Sponsorship. - TeaRistas are allowed to sponsor other TeaRistas and are entitled to overrides in commission in exchange for leading, teaching, mentoring, and providing a level of support to ALL personally sponsored TeaRistas and those TeaRistas sponsored by other TeaRistas that fall within your downline. IF AT ANY time a sponsor falls short of their responsibilities commission overrides may be forfeited. If a TeaRista feels she is not being given the tools, training and support she needs to thrive and succeed within the company the TeaRista may request a change of sponsorship. PLEASE NOTE - A change of sponsorship can be requested ONCE in the lifetime of the active TeaRista.

Upon requesting a change in sponsorship if a TeaRista has sponsored a team under her, her team will automatically change sponsorship with the approved request change. All requests must be submitted by email to siphapps@yahoo.com a valid reason for sponsorship change must be stated in the email. Please note that all requests may not be approved.
